FIG. 60For organizations

The entire ask fits on one line.

Allow fAIr Advantage to be shared with members through your organization’s channels.

That is the whole request. The program arrives funded, staffed, and administered.

FIG. 61The exchange

What it costs you. What your members get.

Your side of the ledger

Zero, itemized

$0 from your budget. Zero staff hours. Zero administrative lift. No liability, no funding obligation, and no selection duties. You decide whether to endorse and lend the channels; that’s the entire footprint.

Your members’ side

Real, recurring value

A free monthly AI session, taught and never pitched, with a growing recording library. A need-based grant fund covering subscriptions, API fees, cloud spend, and tooling opens the same month.

The decision is intentionally small. The member value is not.

FIG. 62Role separation

Clean lines, visible from every angle.

  • P-01Your channels never carry a pitch. Sessions teach and the fund enables; nothing is ever sold to your members, so an endorsement can’t quietly become an advertisement.
  • P-02Your name never carries the risk. New Era Systems funds, administers, selects, and answers for everything under a published framework. If a decision is ever questioned, the accountability is ours by design.
  • P-03Your members aren’t gated. Eligibility is set by the program, not by membership rosters; partner channels decide who hears about it first, never who qualifies.

The complete operating rules, including recording consent and conflict-of-interest lines, live on the program page.

FIG. 63Beyond the channels

If your organization wants to do more than share.

Sharing the program with members is the whole ask, and it’s enough. But the grant pool is deliberately open to additional sponsors, and because New Era Systems already pays for administration, a sponsoring organization’s dollars convert directly into awards: about $400 funds a member’s full year of AI subscriptions, and $2,500 funds the API and cloud costs of a real build.

Sponsors are credited by name wherever the fund is described, or can contribute quietly. What sponsorship buys, itemized.

FIG. 64Ready when you are

Built, funded, and ready to start.

The program is ready to begin: schedule the first session, begin accepting grant applications, and let the recording library and awards grow from there.

No deadline attached. Whenever the organization is ready, so are we.
